Sandra Montalbano


Sandra is the co-founder and co-President of 2G TeamSearch.  She joins 2GTS after spending 5 years as a top producer in the executive search business. Sandra leverages her vast professional business acumen and technical expertise to successfully connect clients with the best suited candidates for their strategic hiring needs. Much of her success stems from her ability to partner with new and repeat clients, empathize with their professional needs and develop a trusting business relationship to review, interview and ultimately hire qualified candidates.    

Sandra is supportive and thorough in her approach in working with candidates to understand their career aspirations and match them with opportunities where their skills and expertise will be fully utilized.  Sandra has been repeatedly commended for her values of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality which has enabled her to gain the ongoing respect of both her clients and candidates.   

Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Sandra spent 16 years in Engineering, Management and Sales.  She managed engineering efforts within the professional operations of both automotive and non-automotive organizations and ultimately transitioned to steel sales where she was responsible for the origination of new business and client relations of tier1/tier2 steel customers throughout the Midwest region. Sandra received her Industrial Engineering and Masters in Business from The University of Michigan and Wayne State University. Sandra has been able to capitalize on her professional and educational background to understand the technical needs and urgency of both her clients and candidates, develop and maintain these ongoing relationships, and successfully match the needs of her clients with the skills that can provide an immediate impact on their organization.   

Sandra, her husband and three daughters value their time together as a family and enjoy traveling together.  Sandra coached volleyball for 7 years, is still actively involved in the high paced sports life of her girls, and personally maintains an active lifestyle.  

Debbi Weiss


Debbi is the co-founder and Co-President at 2G TeamSearch.  She joins 2GTS after spending six and half years as a top producer in the executive search business. Debbi specializes in helping client companies acquire talent for strategic hiring initiatives. She is dedicated to establishing and maintaining a partnership relationship with client companies and candidates with a consultative approach. She is committed to fighting the "war on talent" by using her ability to quickly assess the problem and provide a solution for her clients and her candidates, and uses her interpersonal skills to engage people. 

Debbi has the ability to empathize with candidates after having made a career change to get into the recruitment industry, and truly understands the meaning of loving what you do and the fear involved in taking a leap of faith.  She understands confidentiality is paramount to form a cohesive partnership with both our clients and candidates.

Prior to the recruitment industry, Debbi spent 15 years in the fine jewelry manufacturing industry in senior level roles in Purchasing, Supply Chain and Product Development leading multi-million dollar divisions for global suppliers. This experience has allowed her to enhance her relationship-building because she can relate to the needs of her clients, and having held those roles herself, she understands the urgency of fulfillment. The sales and negotiation capabilities cultivated from these positions help her clients to court the top 5% of the industry and to land them in win-win scenarios for both candidates and clients alike.  Debbi earned her BS in Business Management form Oakland University. 

Outside of work, Debbi enjoys spending time and having fun with her husband and three small children, who all love to be active.
